Asotep recently realized the prefabrication of a DN1000 collector in stainless steel (SS304L) for an industrial project in Tienen. A project of size, where both the scale and the choice of materials required a well thought-out approach and a high degree of Craftsmanship.
The combination of large diameter and high-grade stainless steel made specific demands on preparation, welding technology and Quality control. Thanks to the experience and expertise of our team, these challenges could be efficiently addressed and translated into a quality end result.
Precision and preparation as key to success
For projects of this magnitude, thorough preparation is essential. In our workshop, the collector was prefabricated under controlled conditions, ensuring optimal coordination between design and execution.
By using proper welding procedures and accurate sizing, we were able to ensure consistent quality, with attention to both technical specifications and practicality on site.
Craftsmanship in progress
The realization of a collector DN1000 in SS304L requires specialized knowledge and experience in processing Stainless steel. Our Welder and fitters have the necessary expertise to perform complex connections correctly and sustainably.
During the entire process, precision, control and cooperation between different disciplines within the team were employed. This resulted in a high-quality finish and a reliable installation that met the customer’s expectations.
