Quality is the basis of every cooperation. Asotep works according to established procedures and international standards, including ISO 3834 and the ASME B31.3.
In addition, our processes and products comply with the requirements of the PED(Pressure Equipment Directive), which guarantees consistent, safe and reliable quality.
Safety
Safety always comes first at Asotep. We take our responsibility to employees, customers and third parties by working according to strict safety regulations.
Asotep holds the VCA** Petrochemical certificate and continuously invests in training and safe working methods.
Built on experience, focused on the future
Since its establishment in 1972, Asotep grew from a one-man business specializing in welding and piping into a solid industrial partner with a strong reputation in the chemical and petrochemical sectors. Over the years the family business continued to evolve, with the establishment of NV Asotep, the expansion into the Antwerp region through subsidiary Gilmaso NV and the move to the current workshop in Genk. Today, manager Sergio Petosa continues this tradition with a clear focus on quality, safety and innovation.

With more than 50 years of experience, Asotep combines technical expertise with a thoughtful approach to engineering, Prefabrication and execution. Complex installations are prepared in the workshop in Genk under strict quality standards, making projects run more efficiently and limiting customer downtime. Thanks to this accumulated know-how, Asotep today guarantees sustainable industrial solutions, from design to installation and maintenance.
